Experience in Sales Planning, Territory Management, Meeting Sales Goals and Strategic planning;

Ability to analyze the competitive environment;
Ability to self-development.
Development and implementation of a SEM brand promotion concept for both construction and agricultural industries;
Develop, implement and control a sales and service strategy for SEM in Ukraine which includes the selection, official appointment and operative as well strategic management of sub-dealers;
Communication with manufacturer regarding the pricing, promotion, marketing programs and technical support;
Development of standards and approaches for training of SEM sales force and service staff ;
Aware of internal budgeting, forecasting and demand review processes.
